Proactively grow the specialty pharmacy patient population by making outbound phone calls to eligible patients and enrolling them with Shields Partner Pharmacy. Educate patients on the services offered by the Shields Specialty Pharmacy Program. The person will communicate with patient over the phone and provide them the compelling reason why the Shields Partner Pharmacy program is superior to any other comprehensive pharmacy care model.

This role ensures timely, coordinated, and high-quality care delivery to patients in their homes. You will collaborate with Patient Care Managers to process referrals, manage daily scheduling tasks, and provide operational support for the Albuquerque Home Health and Hospice Agency.

Evaluate clinical pathology data and prepare reports for nonclinical safety studies. Support Study Directors in addressing clinical pathology related data and issues with sponsors. Support client development through discussions with sponsors about study goals and designs. Implement/support company-wide scientific initiatives involving the Clinical Pathology department as assigned. Support continuing development of Study Directors and other Safety Assessment personnel.

A Rhythm Remote Device Clinical Triager remotely monitors patients with cardiac implantable electronic devices (CIEDs) utilizing Rhythm’s proprietary software. This specialist employs knowledge of cardiac electrophysiology and biomedical engineering concepts to assess the technical function of the patient’s CIED, analyze and interpret device and patient diagnostics, and escalate to Remote Device Clinicians.
